Hello, it’s Day 14 of this 30 Day Blogging Challenge and today, I talk about 3 Healthy Habits! So then, here we go!

  1. Have your 5 a day, this one is simple…eat up to 5 pieces of fruit or vegetables every day, you know what they say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away!
  2. Be active and exercise- it’s important to stay fit and healthy by doing exercises every day as well, an example could be jogging, swimming or riding a bike, all are very good and can keep you in shape in done regularly
  3. Getting a good’s night rest is always good for your health, I recommend 7 hours at the very least every night or if you can’t do that, try and have a small nap during the day.

Next time, we go into where I think I will be in 5 yrs time, that sounds fun!
